Work Permit Information


How to obtain a Work Permit during Distance Learning:

  • Print and complete the Request for Work Permit:
    Note: All three sections on pg. 2 of your work permit (minor’s information, parent signature, and employer information & signature) must be complete before submitting your Request for a Work Permit.
     
  • Email option (best option): Scan/take a picture of the completed Request for a Work Permit and email to hdewater@eduhsd.k12.ca.us
    • We will receive your request and email you a completed Work Permit. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing. You can then print it, sign it at the bottom, and give it to your employer.
  • In-person option: Pick up an application from either the front office or College and Career Center during business hours and return it after it's filled out by the student, parent, and employer. We will contact you once it is processed to be picked up.
