How to Register at Union Mine

Use the following steps to guide you in registering a student at Union Mine High School. Please be aware that you must live in Union Mine's attendance area to register and attend Union Mine. If you have any questions, please call the Counseling Office for clarification @ (530) 621-4003 x4215

Collect the information needed to register
Download and complete the Registration Form (Typeable MSWord Form)
Download and complete the Home Language Survey
Download and complete the New Student Enrollment Information
Download and complete the Emergency Card Form
Download and complete the EDUHSD Computer User Agreement
Call the Counseling Office for further instructions and a "registration appointment" @ (530) 621-4003 x4215
