"Every 15 minutes" is the anti-drinking/drugs and driving event held at high schools across the United States. On April 4th and 5th, Union Mine held an "Every 15 Minutes" program in conjunction with the Diamond Springs/El Dorado Fire Department, the El Dorado County Sheriff's Department, and the California Highway Patrol.
