Please log on to the AERIES.net Parent Portal before the start of school to update your student’s information on the Data Confirmation and the Emergency Card. The portal contains access to daily information about grades, attendance, and class schedules as well as many important documents, including the Summer Newsletter, Medication in School Form, Bus Pass Application, and Application for Free and Reduced Price Meals.
Current UMHS Parent Portal Users: Parents will continue to access your AERIES.net Parent Portal login - same username, same password, and same website address: umhs.eduhsd.k12.ca.us
After all authorizations are completed in the AERIES.net Parent Portal, students can review their schedules. Please keep in mind all schedules are subject to change depending on class size limits.
New Aeries Parent Portal Accounts: To create a new account, please visit umhs.eduhsd.k12.ca.us and click on the “Aeries Portal” icon, then click on “Create New Account” and follow the step by step process using the information sent to you in the summer mailer.
If you are unable to access the internet, a blank emergency card can be picked up in the Counseling Office or sent to you; contact Brooke Brosnan at 530-621-4003 ext. 4215. Computer access will be available in the counseling office beginning August 1st for you to login and complete the updates electronically.
Parent Square Activation:
Based on the information you provide in Aeries, you will be sent an invitation to join Parent Square before the start of school year. This is the way the school will communicate with families about current events, emergencies, and other information. Please make sure you accept the Parent Square invitation and download the free App when it arrives in your email in-box.
