Parents & Guardians, please create your Parent Portal account and complete the Data Confirmation by Friday, August 4th.
Your AERIES.net Parent Portal provides access to daily information about grades, assignments, attendance, and class
schedules. Once you have established your Parent Portal account, you will complete the annual Data Confirmation.
Your Data Confirmation provides needed information to UMHS including your preferences for your student’s photo in
the Yearbook and contacts from military recruiters. You may also return to the Data Confirmation page throughout the
year to update phone, email, and contacts.

Please Note: Only Emergency Contacts listed in Aeries are permitted to pick up students from school.
- After the Data Confirmation is completed in your AERIES.net Parent Portal, you can view your student’s class
schedule beginning August 4 after 4:30 p.m. Please keep in mind all schedules are subject to change depending on
class size limits. - New Aeries Parent Portal Accounts: To create a new Union Mine account, please click on the “Aeries Portal” icon below, then click on “Create New Account” and follow the step-by-step process, entering the following information when prompted:
- Parent E-Mail address:
- Student's Permanent ID:
- Primary/Home Telephone #:
- Student's Verification Code: Case sensitive – use Capital (uppercase) letters
